Cat Fix for the month

I have been working on a piece for the last couple of hours, but my computer, which is in the process of going south- crashed.

I am in a bummed mood. What cheers me is the cat...

Here is a picture- I hope it cheers everyone out there too.

Cats are wonderful. It's hard not to grin at a cat's antics. Or five cat's antics, in my case. :)

@Rowland- SWAK sweetie!

@Ana, thank you! I loved the kitty pix on your site yesterday.

@Immi- Five cats? Woww! A girl after my own heart. I saw your blog today. I really like it and added it to my feeds. Thank you for adding me to your blog roll. I will repay the favor soon.

Awww, what a cutie =) Cats rule. I have two, couldn't live without the little rascals.

Catatonic Kid,

Two cats? I am so glad I found your blog!

I am seriously thinking of adopting a second kitty. So many homeless cats need homes......

I'm working on adopting a 3rd,but must have hubbies approval...

I want a baby to help assuage the pain of losing my old lady when the time comes....that and if I could...I'd have 15 cats anyway!

What a sweet kitty!
I can't have cats, what with everyone in my house being allergic, but if I could, I would!

Monica Cassani said...

Jazz,
there a a couple of breeds, which you can, I'm sure easily find through google, that are not allergic...I've had two friends get them and it's for real...

the trick...their purebred and pricey...

but if you really want a cat you can have one!!

Burrowing is one of Schumie's most endearing qualities -- of course, it's endemic to dachshunds, given their breeding to hunt quarry in their holes underground ...

I just discovered your blog for the first time via depression connect.com...the great title alone made me check it out. There are so many things I can relate to. Maybe another day I'll respond more specifically to some of them. For now, I just wanna say thanks for your writing, you've made my day a little better. Hope you are feeling a little better too. And your cat--how adorable! Looks like you give that kitty a really happy life.
Be well, and thank you.

I've five feline friends, all from the streets. One is completely feral, but this guy was threatening to poison all the strays in our neighbourhood.

The last one in, Henrietta, needs a new home. Nigel Nancyboy and the dog, Griffin, gang up and terrorize her! We've had to isolate her, which makes her sad. She's a sweetie, but can nip sometimes, so it's tough to place her.

Love the kitty pics, D
