This is a new emotion for me. How do other people deal with it? I notice if I go to the gym I am good, but what to do when it hits at home and I feel like I am crawling out of my skin?
Any words of wisdom?"

The key is to distract your thinking with something else. You are such a good writer, just sit down and blog. I usually shut my bedroom curtains, and reassure myself that it will pass like every other anxiety attack that I have had.Hop into a bubble bath, and then turn on a trashy movie and eat popcorn. Sounds trite, but it works for me. Hang in there.
i get those too and...sue is right. try to distract yourself with...anything else.

I got trashy TV sitcoms here. I'ts Oscar night so all the good movies are on TV.
