The info-graphic forgot dental carries AKA cavities only started happening with the mass production of sugar. I have several teaspoons of sugar a day, not too much, not zero.
Hell (the place) would have no sugar, but without sugar to fuel your bodies needs for energy you would not be able to live .
I have been getting off sugar for the past month. I still have an occasional coke (though rarely finish - and in the past I could drink three or four a day), and i do have morning coffee with sugar. Coffee is last thing to give up - going to start juicing first thing in the morning - get something healthy in my system so I won't want the sugar/caffeine.
Mark= I agree with you about Hell. I'm cutting out all fake sugar products out of my diet, and I don't have a problem with one or two teaspoons in my daily cup of coffee.
Mike- congrats on getting off sugar. I could never give up coffee. I'm down to one cup a day most days, but occasionally I'll have one in a coffee shop.
Not really a fan of juicing, but I do like some fruit in the summer for breakfast with a little bit of plain yogurt or cottage cheese.. I'm not a fan of the Greek yogurt type, but I'm hoping I will start to like it.
I am an writer struggling with bipolar 1. I have been an entertainment writer and blogger, and worked for a news agency as a fact checker and biographer, as well as a writer. Currently I share my home with a cat, a striped tabby named Holly.
